Position: Community Support Worker

Location: Liverpool Area

Hours: Part Time / Full time/ Flexible Hours / Weekend and Evening work

Pay Rates: £11.65 to £14.50 Per Hour

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates from £11.65 to £14.50 an hour

  • Contracts of Employment from 0 to 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals in their homes or within the community.

  • Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping.

  • Support individuals with their social and recreational activities, enabling them to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

  • Document and report client progress, needs, and concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

  • Uphold the dignity, privacy, and rights of all clients in accordance with our values and policies.

Requirements:·

  • Have a minimum of 6-months recent experience in healthcare

  • Have experience in moving & handling, and providing personal care

  • Hold the right to work in the UK (Unfortunately we are unable to offer Sponsorship)

  • Driving license and own car preferred but not essential

  • Current DBS (within the last year) desirable.
